Relationship with Karrnath
Originally Karrnath's elite shock troops during the Last War, the Order of the Emerald Claw was officially disavowed due to their escalating ruthlessness and questionable battlefield tactics. While Karrnath does generally utilise necromancy for utilitarian needs, The Emerald Claw have no issue crossing moral boundaries to achieve their goals, and are widely considered to be a terrorist organisation by the other nations of Khorvaire.
Motives
Operating as a terrorist organisation, it is believed that the Emerald Claw seek to restore the glory of the old Kingdom of Galifar, and see the current political landscape as weak and corrupt.
